Terms of Service

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the platform in any way that violates any applicable local or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform.
• Impersonate Vastify, a Vastify employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Vastify is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

Certain premium features of Vastify are available on a subscription basis. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay Vastify the applicable subscription fees.

• Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring schedule (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
• Taxes: Fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods unless legally required.

You retain full ownership of the data and content you upload to your Vastify tenant environment. However, by providing content to the platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service to you. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant these rights.

The platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vastify and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vastify.

In no event shall Vastify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
